LintMD License Agreement

This software (“LintMD”) is licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing, or using LintMD, you agree to the terms below.
1. Ownership
LintMD and all related intellectual property are owned by Orginite Labs LLC (“Orginite Labs”). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Personal Use License
Orginite Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LintMD for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
3. Commercial Use
Commercial, organizational, or business use of LintMD may require a separate commercial license from Orginite Labs.
Examples of commercial use may include:
- Use within a company or organization
- Use for paid professional work
- Deployment across teams or managed work environments
- Redistribution as part of a commercial product or service

4. Redistribution Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute LintMD without written permission
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the software
- Repackage or modify the application for redistribution
- Remove copyright or attribution notices
5. Updates and Changes
Orginite Labs may provide updates, improvements, or modifications to LintMD at its sole discretion. Future versions may be subject to different licensing or pricing terms.
6. No Warranty
LintMD is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orginite Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use LintMD, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or system failure.
8. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of LintMD.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
